WorkFlows
In this section the system user or admin can define a series of activities, steps or events that are
necessary to complete a task. Each step in a workflow has a specific criteria or action before it and
another specific event after it with the exception of the first which is the trigger and the last events.
Workflows are used to automate system functions for example allocation, closure, movement
disable just to name a few, by setting up a systematic organization of processes, tasks or events
that provide services/process information when a repeatable pattern of activity is met (specific
path).
